I also don&#8217;t think measuring every single ingredient should take over your whole day, because honestly, nobody has time for that.</p><p>That&#8217;s why I created these meal plans. It&#8217;s not here to overwhelm you with every tiny number or make you feel like you need to obsess over unnecessary details.
