The TDEE Calculator
Find Your Number, Forget the Math. The Total Daily Energy Expenditure Calc.
Listen, I’m not someone who believes you need to obsess over every number just to eat well. I also don’t think measuring every single ingredient should take over your whole day, because honestly, nobody has time for that.
That’s why I created these meal plans. I wanted something that made eating feel a little easier, not more stressful. Something that gives you structure without making your entire life revolve around counting, tracking, and second-guessing every bite.
Before you start the recipes, there’s just one quick step I want you to do: calculate your TDEE, or Total Daily Energy Expenditure.
This gives you an estimate of how much energy your body uses in a normal day based on your body, routine, and activity level. From there, it becomes much easier to see whether the 1,200 or 1,500 calorie meal plan is the better starting point for you.
This calculator keeps things simple on purpose. It’s not here to overwhelm you with every tiny number or make you feel like you need to obsess over unnecessary details. For a lot of people, that kind of tracking can turn unhealthy really fast.
Instead, this is here to point you toward the plan that makes the most sense for your lifestyle and needs. Because we are not all living the same life, moving the same amount, eating the same way, or starting from the same place.
Do it once, choose your plan, and then let the meals make the rest feel simple.
